Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless a different shipping method is chosen at checkout. We reserve the right to use other shipping carriers to ensure that you get your product in a reasonable time frame. Due to the nature of our fabricated products, orders may take 7-14 or more business days to ship. While we aim to be as accurate as possible, the shipping amounts calculated online are an estimate, and actual costs may vary. In some cases, the estimated shipping cost may not accurately reflect our shipping cost. In the event there is a discrepancy, On The Rox Fabrication will contact you to advise of the shipping or freight charge difference. If we are unable to contact you, we will void the order until we are able to reach you.
