The team at On the Rox Fabrication values every one of our customers’ business and support. Because of this, we will go above and beyond to make sure that you are treated fairly and professionally. If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our website, report an item damaged during shipping, or file a warranty claim: please contact us directly at [email protected]. We will make every effort to ensure that all issues or inquiries are handled fairly for both parties.

On the Rox Fabrication accepts product returns as long as they meet the following terms: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs. All products and accessories purchased through On the Rox Fabrication must be in the original packaging along with any included parts, and any paperwork. Any products that have been installed, modified, scratched, or damaged are no longer considered new and will not be authorized for return unless the item suffered damage from shipping or was subject to a manufacturer defect.

You must contact us ahead of time in order to receive a return authorization number. This is to verify the reasons for the return, as well as verify the return shipping address, as some items will be returned to a different address. Returns submitted without a pre-authorized return number will be rejected and sent back. Any products purchased through an On the Rox Fabrication reseller should be returned to, and are subject to the return policy of, that reseller.

On the Rox Fabrication carries a 30 day manufacturer warranty from the delivery date on most of our products. If there is an issue past that date, it is up to On the Rox Fabrication’s discretion on how to further handle the issue. Products that are resold are subject to that manufacturers’ warranty terms. We will assist in initiating the warranty process with that manufacturer, along with following up and verifying that the issue was resolved. If a resold product’s warranty is not clearly stated or discoverable, please contact us before purchase so that you are able to understand their warranty. This is especially important when looking at gear and drivetrain products, as these manufacturer warranties can differ from each other substantially.

For shipping or warranty issues, On the Rox Fabrication reserves the right to request and receive photos before the warranty or shipping claims process begins. This is to verify fitment, damage, correct installation, or in instances where the wrong product was received. Return shipping for items that suffer these issues will be covered by On the Rox Fabrication. We will help to initiate the shipping claims process if the product was damaged during transit as well.

Freight orders MUST be opened and inspected before signing the bill of lading. If an order is signed for and there is damage from transit, it becomes almost impossible to begin filing a claim with the shipping company. On the Rox Fabrication is not liable for shipping damages, but will help to begin initiating the claims. Some products may have freight return restrictions. Items shipped freight are only authorized for returns if the product was damaged or the wrong product was received. In both cases the party receiving the shipment MUST refuse the shipment at time of delivery. All freight items require a signature. Please fully inspect the items before signing off. If you see any issues do not sign for the order.
