Tools Needed:
- 13mm Wrench or Socket Wrench
- 15mm Wrench or Socket Wrench
- 1¾” Wrench or Socket Wrench
- T30 Torx Bit Driver
Installing the Roxor Brush Guard
Step 1: Using a 13mm wrench, remove the original bumper bolts and carefully remove the front bumper.
Step 2: Using a T30 torx bit remove 4 screws securing the top plate and remove the plate. You will also need to remove 4 rubber expanding nuts from the frame.
Step 3: Using a ¾” box end wrench to hold the black flange nuts into the frame, install the angle brackets. (Slotted hole to the frame, vertical leg to the outside of the frame.)
Step 4: Use eight 10mm flange bolts and a 15mm socket to attach the bumper to the frame. (A second person is helpful) Install all of the bolts before tightening.
Step 5: Use the remaining ½” bolts to attach the gusset bars. Use a ¾” socket to tighten. (slotted end closest to the frame)
