Custom Roxor

Our Customer, Richard has built himself a very capable Roxor! He started out by ordering some accessories from us and installing them himself. He installed our Front and Rear Bumpers, Rox Sliders with Nerf Bars, Heavy Duty Half Doors, Standard Windshield Frame with Wiper Assembly, Sport Top, and A Pillar Lights with LED Cubes.

He then decided he wanted a bump in power and performance. Thanks to Diesel Freak’s Roxor Tuning Program, we were able to go with their Stage II tune offering 115 Horse Power and 252 Ft. Lbs. of torque. We also installed Dieselfreak’s Full Ceramic Clutch upgrade to keep the transmission delivering all of that power. We threw our Intake Hold Down on as well to keep that pesky intake boot planted at full boost levels.

We finished the build out by installing some more of our products here in house. Richard wanted a shackle reversal kit installed up front to keep that factory ride, while allowing for the clearance of his larger tires. The Roxor Molded Fender Flares helped to cover up the tires. We also installed one of our Rear Bulkhead Panels to help keep the cockpit more enclosed and out of the elements. He will be bringing his Roxor back later on to get the rest of the Half Cab Assembly, as well as some gear and axle upgrades!
